Your reservation acknowledgment

Your reservation request has been taken into account. Your request will be processed and we will notify you of its validation ASAP.

Caution : This is not a reservation confirmation but the acknowledgment of your request.

When your reservation is VALIDATED

• You will receive a validation e-mail for your reservation request
• You will be asked to provide a down payment of the amount as indicated in the e-mail per CC,  check or bank transfer.  

After receiving your payment, we will confirm your reservation for the mentioned periods.

When your reservation is CANCELLED

• You will receive an e-mail  indicating the reason of the cancellation
• We will offer you another period or accommodation corresponding to your needs
